REGISTRATION (special conditions for EVICR.net Members):
- if you are not yet registered at EVER website you have to do it first -http://ever.be/change_account.php?action=new
- if you are already registered at EVER website please go to http://ever.be/login.php
- after login in please go to My Congress Registration on the right side menu and click in to pay the congress registration
- in the heading Registration please select:
- If you are a physician, EVER considers EVICR.net members as equivalent to EVER members and you will have to pay 455.
- If you are a non-physician, namely, a technician, clinical coordinator, nurse or administrative, EVER will accept your registration as an EyeCare / Technician (non MD) and you will have to pay 270. In this case you will have to send the certificate Member in Training available in the website. This was negotiated exceptionally for EVICR.net members.
- please select the box EVICR.net member and select from the shown list your Centre
- you will finish your registration by indicating your credit card details
ACCOMMODATION:
The EVICR.net Coordinating Centre staff will be staying at the Hotel Ibis Nice Palais des Congres (http://www.ibishotel.com/gb/hotel-7495-ibis-nice-palais-des-congres/index.shtml) which is 3 minutes away of the Acropolis Convention Center. This hotel appears to be a good less expensive alternative and we can all stay together.
